I am simply thrilled to introduce my former SE manager from Cisco, Rusty Heird. He has one of the lowest CCIE numbers I’ve seen at #1753 in R&S for 20 years and was great mentor to me helping me push myself to always grow. I can’t wait to dive into his past and current projects and gather his thoughts on what it takes to become a rockstar SE on his team and what he looks for when recruiting for top talent and more!
